You can request permanent deletion of your NepVox account and associated personal data at any time. Account deletion is irreversible. After deletion, you will lose access to your projects, voice generations, speech-to-text history, subscriptions, and API keys.
Option 1 — Delete from the Nepvox AI mobile app
- Open the Nepvox AI app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account and app data will be removed immediately after confirmation.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app or your account, email us from the address linked to your NepVox account:
Include:
- Subject line: Account Deletion Request
- The email address registered on your account
- A brief confirmation that you want your account permanently deleted
We will verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days (usually within 7 business days).
What we delete
- Account profile (name, email, password)
- Text-to-speech projects and generated audio
- Speech-to-text conversions and uploads
- Subscription and usage records tied to your account
- API keys and authentication tokens
What we may retain
We may keep limited records where required by law (for example, payment or tax records processed by Stripe or eSewa). Those records are not used for marketing and are deleted when no longer legally required.
